IG-07 Manual Fixture Kit with Changeable Cassette
The IG-07 from Ignys is a compact yet powerful bed-of-nails test fixture engineered for accurate and repeatable electrical testing of small to medium-sized PCBs. With its precision aluminium construction and unique linear click system using ball bearings and gas springs, the IG-06 ensures stable probe engagement and long-term durability in production environments.
Supporting up to 1,300 spring-loaded probes and accommodating UUTs up to 456 × 320 mm, this fixture is ideal for testing large or complex assemblies. The interchangeable cassette system allows rapid product changeovers, while the ergonomic housing provides ample room for integrating additional measurement electronics.
