IG-06 Manual Fixture Kit with Changeable Cassette
The IG-06 from Ignys is a compact yet powerful bed-of-nails test fixture engineered for accurate and repeatable electrical testing of small to medium-sized PCBs. With its precision aluminium construction and unique linear click system using ball bearings and gas springs, the IG-06 ensures stable probe engagement and long-term durability in production environments.
This fixture supports up to 1,300 spring-loaded probes and accommodates DUTs up to 194 × 170 mm, making it ideal for compact designs that still require high pin counts. The interchangeable cassette system simplifies product changeovers, while the ergonomic steel housing provides room for integrating additional test electronics.
